General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The report is indicative of distal anterior and lateral wall infarcts which is supposed by blockage of left anterior descending coronary artery in most of the instances. Coronary angiography with stent placement is the demand of time to cure the issue and prevent further damage to the heart. The procedure is a day care surgery and you get discharge in the evening if the parameters are settled after morning procedure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
